STORNIERUNGSMÖGLICHKEITEN:

Bis 3 Monate vor Veranstaltungsbeginn sind 20% des Gesamtpreises zu zahlen. Bis 2 Monate vorher sind 30% zu zahlen, bis 1 Monat vorher 70%, bis eine Woche vorher 90%, danach 100%.
Bitte überlegt, ob Ihr eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung abschließen möchtet. Bei Absage des Seminars bleibt die Zimmerbuchung bestehen.
Sollten wir das stornierte Kontingent anderweitig veräußern können, berechnen wir lediglich eine Bearbeitungspauschale von 20% des Gesamtpreises.

Die Stornierung ist nur auf schriftlichem Weg (Fax, E-Mail oder Brief) möglich.

Alle aufgeführten Preise schließen die jeweilige gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer ein.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Until 3 month before seminar start the cancelation fee is 20% of the total sum. Until 2 month before 30% are due to pay, until 1 month before 70%, until one week before 90%, then 100%.
Please concider to buy a seminar insurance. With cancelation of the seminar the rooms are not cancelt.
If we are able to sell the rooms otherwise we only charge a handling fee of 20% of the total price.

Cancelation is only possible in writing (mail or post).

All prices include the VAT.
